Practice Directors:
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with outstanding consulting professionals specializing in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Tax, and Technology across our markets. As a Practice Director, you enjoy the best of both worlds. You can establish genuine business relationships not only with Two Degrees and Slalom but also as client partners, taking on roles as subject matter experts in various consulting fields. You will closely collaborate with our Sales, Recruiting, and Operations team to identify areas of need and suggest solutions for our clients. You will be directly involved in working with our clients, simultaneously supervising, and mentoring a group of consultants.
Principal Consultants:
You will work closely alongside a team of skilled professionals who have extensive expertise in their respective fields and are committed to aiding our clients in various forms of business transformation. As a permanent employee, our Principal Consultants genuinely function as business partners with both Two Degrees, Slalom, and our clients. They serve as subject matter experts across our diverse consulting practices. By becoming an integral part of the community and culture we have established at Two Degrees, you will contribute significantly to our collective growth and success.
